At Willow & Crumb, every item is baked with care and attention. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and returns.

1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once products are picked up or delivered.
We do not accept returns on food items for health and safety reasons.

2. Cancellations
Orders canceled more than 72 hours before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a full refund.
Orders canceled less than 72 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Custom or specialty orders (such as wedding cakes, large bulk orders, or personalized designs) are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Refunds for Quality Concerns
We take pride in the quality of our baked goods. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason:
Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
We may request photos or details to understand the issue.
At our discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial/full refund depending on the situation.

4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours.
We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after pickup/delivery.
Items damaged after leaving Willow & Crumb due to improper handling or storage.
Orders not collected at the agreed pickup time.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method when possible.
Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
